- participating baristas have 10 mins (additional prep time, dialing in not included) to prepare two (of the same) signature espresso based drink and present the story behind it, and their espresso, to the judges.
- no alcoholic ingredients permitted, otherwise the sky’s the limit. Wow us!
- three judges in all: two will be tasting, one will be judging presentation only.
- grinders will be provided, but feel free to bring your own.
- milk will be provided.
- please bring all cups, saucers, pitchers, and bar equipment that you will need and feel free to add your own personal flair or touches to your presentation (there will be a presentation judge after all!)
- prizes for ALL competitors… Top 3 prizes are $300/ $150 / $50 !!!! just do what you do best, and you could win some extra cash!
